Biancachic is operated by a sole trader (micro-entreprise under French law) — SIRET: 10198986100014 — 47 RUE VIVIENNE 75002 Paris FRANCE.

Not subject to VAT pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Products (clothing, accessories, fashion jewellery) are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be offered a full refund or an alternative product.

Prices are displayed in local currency. Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation. For deliveries outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Biancachic reserves the right to accept or refuse any order depending on stock availability and payment confirmation. An order is only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and stock availability verified. A confirmation email is then sent to the customer. Payments are processed securely through integrated payment providers — no banking data is stored by Biancachic.

Biancachic ships to France, the European Union, and internationally. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only. Biancachic cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

If a delivery is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the estimated date, the customer may cancel their order and receive a full refund.

In accordance with European regulations, customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Exception: jewellery and accessories, swimsuits, underwear that come into direct contact with the skin may be excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons.

Data collected (name, address, email) is used solely for order processing, in compliance with the GDPR. It is not sold to third parties. To exercise your right of access or deletion write us at support@hariapartners.com.
